Tropical White Wedding At Ritz Carlton In Sarasota, FL

Lauren and Noah’s wedding at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota embraced everything we love about a Florida wedding—lush tropical greenery, crisp white florals, and an incredible waterfront setting.

For their ceremony, we created two dramatic floral installations to frame the couple against the Gulf. Layers of white hydrangea, roses, baby’s breath, tropical palms, monstera leaves, and greenery gave the design an organic, garden-inspired feel while still allowing the waterfront view to take center stage. Coordinating arrangements of white roses, hydrangea, baby’s breath, and tropical foliage continued throughout the ceremony space.

The reception carried the same clean, tropical aesthetic with low white-and-green centerpieces that kept the tables feeling airy and relaxed. Woven chargers and gold chairs added warmth and texture to the otherwise neutral palette, creating an elegant coastal atmosphere without feeling overly formal.

One of the most memorable details was the greenery installation suspended above the dance floor. Layers of palms and tropical foliage surrounded a collection of disco balls, bringing an unexpected, playful element to the reception and completely transforming the space once the celebration began.

Even the wedding cake became part of the floral design, surrounded by a lush meadow of white roses, hydrangea, baby’s breath, tropical leaves, and greenery.

Lauren and Noah’s wedding was the perfect balance of timeless white wedding flowers and modern tropical design—elegant enough for The Ritz-Carlton, but relaxed enough to feel completely at home along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
